A little about the clubs history, and the fact it has one of the largest concert rooms in the country, serving the needs of it's members and the countless affiliates who visit for the very best in entertainment.
The old club dates back over 100 years (as a “wooden hut” style club) before relocating a little further down the road to the present premises in November 1974.
With a concert room that seats around 480 people, as well as a standing area to the rear of the concert room, the club has a 200 seater games room plus a spacious lounge if you just want to relax with a peaceful pint. These features make the Eastwood Working Men’s Club one of the more favoured venues of the Rotherham club circuit for live entertainment.
A few famous names who have trod the Eastwood stage over the years ie:- Billy Pearce; "Nigel" from "New-Jersey" who went onto "Fame Academy" fame, are just two who have performed at this club and present day top acts who may follow in their footsteps.
This club attracts the big crowds and some big name artistes of clubland, helping this club to stay "One Step Ahead" in the very best club entertainment and enjoyment to all who visit Eastwood Club.
